Vision Expo East New York is approaching! Make sure that you visit booth LP4146 and learn more about 3D printed lenses. Below is a sneak peek on what to expect at the Luxexcel booth, and at the bottom of this e-mail, you find a link for your complimentary free entry passes.
Today, we offer a 3D printing technology for specialty lenses to ophthalmic labs. To make optimal use of the benefits of 3D printing, Luxexcel has developed a lens design suite called: "VisionMaster". This software tool will be available for ophthalmic labs and their partnering optometrists allowing to create designs which are difficult or impossible today.
Luxexcel is also showing a broad range of additional innovation options based on our 3D printing technology. We aim to further co-develop these options with partners. Check our offering at the booth and reach out to us for co-development opportunities.
During Vision Expo East you will learn more about 3D printed lenses and the new possibilities it offers. 3D printed lenses made by Luxexcel are compliant with industry standards and fit seamlessly into the operational lab flow. The lenses are compatible with existing coatings, tinting and edging. Recently, our lenses passed the ISO 8980-1:2004 Focal Power test and the lenses are FDA dropball compliant.
Below you can find examples of 3D printed lenses with coatings applied.
